Nothing to complain about, I would be happy to recommend staying here. Everything is spotless here, had a FANTASTIC stay for business trip-functional and efficient. The staff are absolutely amazing and fabulous and deserve a 4-star rating. The breakfast is the best, the room is tidy with ample space. The downstairs bar is a nice plus.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. The location, although not the best, was a bit far out from the center of town but still worth the walk. The hotel is close to the historic center, making it convenient for exploring all the main sights.

Breakfast could have been better.

The hot breakfast here is good, the superior room is brand-new, the staff is super-friendly, and the beds are extremely comfy.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. It had a convenient location near the river and within walking distance to the Oltra Arno area with excellent restaurants. Transportation was easy with a tram stop nearby or a short walk to Santa Maria Novella station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The rooftop pool is amazing, especially in the high temperatures of the city. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the refreshing showers, were a delight. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast. The location, just an 18-minute walk from the city center, was convenient.

During my recent stay at the hotel, we were impressed by the convenient location near the river and within walking distance of the main tourist areas. The tram stop, only 100 meters away, made it easy to travel to and from the railway station. The hotel also provided us with early check-in upon our request, which was greatly appreciated. The welcome drink of flavored cold water was a refreshing touch. The rooftop cocktail bar offered stunning views and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a quiet courtyard facing view. The breakfast had a wide selection of pastries and vegetarian options, although a few more fresh salad choices would have been nice. the hotel provided a pleasant experience and we would happily stay again.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. One of the rooms we initially stayed in had poor soundproofing and was noisy due to its location facing the main street and a bar.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was in the center of the shopping area and within a 20-minute walk to most sightseeing spots. The hotel was also close to the river, but still within walking distance to the Oltra Arno, where there are some excellent restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms being cleaned daily and amenities like soap, shampoo, and towels being changed every day. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop bar and pool area, which offered incredible views of the city. The staff, both at reception and in the cleaning department, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including sausages, cheeses, yogurt, fried eggs. it was an excellent value for money.
